Job Description
Excelled GDS knowledge (1A 1S NDC) Excellent knowledge of using Central Command Hot files and reconciliation. Min 2 years of experience on Airline settlement platforms as ARC BSP Experience with commission audits IR exceptions. Understanding of failure cases in airline settlements IATA Certification preferred. Experience of working with or for a Global Travel Management company (TMC) Understanding of Corporate travel nuances Flexible with shifts Strong verbal and written communication skills. Conduct quality related trainings Understand and abide by the importance of discipline punctuality & protocol Ensure all reports are delivered accurately and on time Acknowledge and communicate effectively with the Client Conduct trainings/refreshers Monitor production hours shrinkage etc.
