As a Warehouse Associate at Caterpillar you will: Supporting logistics you will perform the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving processing storing moving packing and shipping of parts materials equipment and supplies at the Clayton NC facility.
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
Willing and able to lift push and pull up to 35 lbs
Basic Requirements:
12 months of forklift experience (sitdown standup/reach truck turret truck)
Beginner proficiency in Computer Skills/Microsoft applications
Top Candidates will also have:
Order Picker Forklift experience (cherrypicker casepicker)
Logistics/Warehouse experience
Experience with Computerized Inventory Management Systems (SAP)
Numerical Reasoning Aptitude Skills

Shift Schedule:
1st Shift: MondayThursday 6 am 4:30 pm MANDATORY Overtime as business needs require on Fridays currently scheduling approximately 2 Overtime shifts each month.

Summary Pay Range:
$17.41 $21.76Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjobrelated knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
