Job Description

Now Hiring: Construction Superintendent Water/Wastewater Operations
Location: DMV Area Direct Hire FullTime

Were looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee maintenance and daily operations at water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations. This is a handson leadership role managing field crews ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting critical infrastructure.

Were also open to candidates with mechanical electrical or plumbing (MEP) experience who are interested in transitioning into the water/wastewater fieldtraining provided for the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead crews performing equipment maintenance and repairs at treatment facilities

Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards

Collaborate with engineers project managers and regulatory bodies

Conduct inspections keep accurate records and manage preventative maintenance programs

Qualifications:
5 years of experience in water/wastewater or related construction/maintenance roles

MEP background welcome

Strong leadership communication and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with plant systems (pumps clarifiers etc.) and OSHA regulations

Certifications preferred but not required
