Brand Designer (San Francisco CA)
As a Brand Designer at Fastly youll collaborate with a dynamic team of versatile designers to craft compelling assets that deeply connect with customers across all touchpoints. Your role will involve a diverse range of projects including event assets campaign materials and evolution of our brand. This position presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your creativity to drive substantial business growth within a rapidly expanding organization. Working closely with various teams youll translate complex ideas into impactful brand experiences. What Youll Do:
- Design shape and execute marketing assets across diverse channels including events inperson brand experiences digital assets and presentations
- Work closely with internal teams to collaborate strategize and execute projects effectively
- Advocate for the brands visual identity ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints
- Stay current with design best practices emerging trends and innovative techniques to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of our brand visuals
- Actively participate in design critiques offering constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of design quality
What Were Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience along with a strong understanding of design principles typography digital design and layout composition is required
- A strong portfolio that showcases a diverse range of brand projects highlighting your versatility and creativity
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and a willingness to embrace feedback as a means to enhance design outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma with the ability to enhance existing design systems create and edit vector graphics and navigate component libraries with ease
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to present design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
Well be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:
- Experience in creating unique illustrations and icons
- Experience in SaaS marketing
- Skilled in creating motion graphics
Work Hours:
This position will require you to be available during core business hours.
Work Location & Travel Requirements:
This position is open to the following preferred office locations:
San Francisco CA this role will be hybrid working out of the SF office 23 days/week
Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $114200 to $137040.
Starting salary may vary based on permissible nondiscriminatory factors such as experience skills qualifications and location.
This role may be eligible to participate in Fastlys equity and discretionary bonus programs.
