Job Description

Exciting Opportunity: VP of Strategic Partnerships / Ancillary Revenue

Location: RemoteBased The company is based in Baltimore MD with a national presence. High preference for candidates located in DFW or the Baltimore/DC market.

CORY is hiring a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships / Ancillary Revenue to cultivate and maintain external relationships with vendors technology providers and other companies. This role will focus on identifying and implementing partnership strategies negotiating agreements and nurturing sustained collaborations to increase revenue and broaden the companys market presence ultimately driving growth and profitability.

About Our Client:

Our client is an innovative real estate firm that manages a national network of tenantbased spaces to support small businesses. They are expanding nationwide and looking for talented industry leaders to join their team!

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive partnership strategies that align with company objectives focusing on identifying establishing and developing strategic alliances.

  • Relationship Management: Manage current partnerships and foster new relationships that support company goals and provide a return on investment.

  • Revenue Generation: Drive partnership initiatives relative to the companys business strategy (i.e; insurance accounting parking lot leases solar etc.)

  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate and structure various partnership agreements.

  • Financial Impact Assessment: Analyze the financial implications of partnerships including revenue projections and business cases.

  • Team Leadership: Build and guide a successful team (long term).

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

  • 10 years of real estate property management experience with 5 years focused on driving new revenue streams through strategic partnerships

  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Commercial real estate experience (warehouse industrial) a plus

Perks and Benefits Youll Receive:

  • Base salary up to around $225K depending on experience
