The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong strategic relationships with Elsmeres university partners to drive student success retention and operational excellence. Reporting to the Vice President of Student Services this role serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners ensuring seamless collaboration optimized processes and continuous improvement in student outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in higher education exceptional relationship management skills and a strategic mindset to guide partners in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build nurture and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including: recruitment marketing student success and client leadership (staff to VP levels).
    • Serve as the primary point of operational contact for partners utilizing one or more of Elsmeres Growth Services (Marketing Enrollment and Student Success).
    • Conduct ongoing business analysis in support of institutional goals customer retention and partner with Account Management to complete opportunity assessments for new/existing opportunities.
    • Provide ongoing operational guidance to partners helping them optimize processes improve outcomes and achieve their organizational goals.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new programs and partners.
  • Cross Functional Leadership & Team Management
    • Work with crossfunctional teams to address complex challenges and implement operational improvements that enhance client experience and student success.
    • Empower staff to take ownership of client relationships supporting their development and decisionmaking to foster accountability and professional growth.
    • Leverage datadriven insights to identify trends guide decisionmaking and enhance service delivery to partners and students.
    • Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements ensuring high partner satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education with a focus on student success retention or client management.
  • Demonstrated ability to set manage and achieve performance goals at the individual team and organizational levels.
  • Proven experience in managing fulltime professional staff and fostering a highperformance culture.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage team and individual performance track goal attainment reporting and operational oversight.
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Tableau Power BI and Jira for client account management reporting and operational tracking.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on identifying client needs and delivering solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across clients internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex client challenges and drive timely resolutions.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

This is not a remote job! Must be located in Denver Metro Area.

Salary Range: $100000$120000
