Job Description
Entrylevel professional individual contributor who works under close supervision.
Essential Functions.
Work with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines
Work with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Build document and maintain new and existing customercentric business critical solutions
Ensure quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans
Contribute towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base
Collaborate with the development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations
Working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree Bachelors degree in Computer Science or MCA
- 1.5 years of relevant exp in .NET and MS SQL support.
- Experience in cloud Bigdata concepts like Databricks on Azure OR EMR on AWS
- Willing to work on rotational shift
- Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills Intermediate
- Quick Learner
- Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction
