The Senior Manager Business Change and Strategy ((Planning Officer Year 3 (PO3)) plays a pivotal leadership role within the Strategic Delivery and Oversight function of OSL. This role provides highquality strategic governance and change leadership across the OSL/PMC entity while actively contributing to broader agency priorities aligned with the Planning Ministerial Corporation (PMC) and Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) strategic goals.
