Job Description
Albemarle Eye Centeris seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate fulltime Optometrist to work with our fully integrated provider team and support staff. Join our expanding team of 2 ophthalmologists and 4 optometrists providing care at 5 clinics housing stateoftheart technology. For over 30 years Albemarle Eye Center has provided exceptional eye care to patients located in the greater eastern North Carolina area.
Highlights
- Join a fastpaced highvolume optometric practice (busy ODs see 25 patients per day)
- Full dedicated team of workup technicians and diagnostic support
- Highly incentivized compensation plan (mature practices yield $200000 in compensation)
- Eastern North Carolina is home to coastal neighborhoods small towns and beautiful beaches
Compensation
- Competitive guaranteed base salary for initial period plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary
- After initial period compensation is based on production formula only with significant upside potential
- Signon bonuses available
