As a Professional Auditor some of your professional auditing duties will involve testing the accuracy and documentation of the Office of Resiliences many grants accounting records statistical reports financial statements and transactions as an audit worker. Ascertains administrative compliance with laws regulations and the South Carolina Office of Resiliences Policy and Procedures. Helps evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of internal control systems. This individual may help develop the audit manual including process steps. The goal is to assist in the assurance that Office of Resilience funds are used in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations. Knowledge of the Institute of Internal Auditors International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing or the Government Accountability Offices Yellow Book Standards are important.
