As part of our MST team youll receive comprehensive training in an evidencebased model and work closely with families schools and service providers to implement solutions that foster:

MST recognizes that families have many strengths they can leverage to solve their own problems and that they can achieve change quickly
Manageable Caseload & Focused Care
Serve only 46 families at a time so you can focus on making a real impact without feeling overwhelmed.
No Medicaid restrictionsour treatment and documentation is driven by client needs not insurance guidelines.
Dynamic Work Experience
From using cognitive behavioral therapy to family systems theory youll get to use a wide range of clinical skills.
Partner with schools probation officers and other community members to create holistic solutions for families.

What Youll Need:
A masters degree in a mental health field.
At least 2 years of experience working with families (communitybased work preferred).
A valid Texas State drivers license and reliable transportation.
