This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about selling building highperforming teams and driving business growth in a fastmoving digital environment. Youll be handson in deals strategic in planning and a mentor to your team. We work with clients like Oura BOSE and McIntosh helping them build complex digital products at the intersection of hardware and software.
Your Mission
Lead our sales function with clarity urgency and purpose. Youll set the tone strategy and execution that enables our agency to win new business grow strategic accounts and elevate our brand in a competitive market.

What youll do:
Own our sales number manage pipeline generation and revenue growth
Build and lead the sales team (BDRs SDRs AEs)
Run deal reviews provide coaching and support live selling
Lead outbound prospecting and relationshipbuilding efforts
Focus the team on highvalue activities not internal distractions
Sell consultatively position our value to nontechnical buyers
Partner with marketing to optimize inbound leads and messaging
Cultivate a winning transparent and highaccountability culture.

Recruitment process:

Wed love to work with someone who:
Has 5 years of sales leadership experience in B2B services consulting or software development
Knows how to scale outbound sales (not just manage inbound)
Understands the unique nature of selling dev services (vs. SaaS)
Has experience with U.S. clients and knows their buying mindset
Has strong opinions on what great selling looks like
Communicates clearly directly and effectively across cultures and time zones.
