The individual in this role is responsible for leading Data Science teams to develop data science and machine learning products communicating complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manages other Data Science Managers
- May also lead a data science team that builds machine learning data models and algorithms to optimize products and processes
- Translates KnowBe4s strategic goals into operational plans
- Provides coordination across functional and divisional boundaries
Requirements:
- BS or equivalent plus 12 years technical experience
- MS or equivalent plus 10 years technical experience
- Ph.D. or equivalent plus 8 years technical experience
- 8 years experience managing data science teams
