We want someone passionate about structural engineering and problem solving.
We are seeking a Structural Engineer with at least 10 years of experience to join our team at the Senior Project Manager (SPM) level. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical skill set including expertise in a variety of design structural repair/rehabilitation and/or structural forensics work for buildings with strong project management skills. The candidate should be committed to the supervision and mentorship of less experienced staff and to assisting with business development. This position is a leadershiptrack opportunity with shareholder eligibility and includes responsibilities generally aligned with ASCE Grade V.
The Structural Engineer will be expected to plan and conduct structural repair design and investigative projects; complete and review analysis and design calculations; execute and manage the preparation of drawings and specifications; manage project budgets and schedules; assist in mentoring less experienced staff; and interact with clients.

The below range is a good faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidates experience qualifications and work location.
Base salary is a part of SGHs industry leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary pay for extra hours worked an annual discretionary bonus program generous paid time off and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGHs Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.
