Position Summary:
The Collateral Management Administrator supports the Banks mission and goals to drive operational efficiency and accuracy as it relates to loan documentation and core system administration including commercial and consumer loans. The Collateral Management Administrator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing perfecting liens following for trailing documents ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating smooth loan operations. This role assists internal staff and external customers with inquiries concerning their loan products and presents loanrelated information generally by telephone email and in person in a professional and expedient manner.
