M&MS Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Associates for the2025Summer Season!This position will be through the beginning of August 2025
This position pays $17.00 per hour.
We are interviewing now for start dates in May. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week from midMay through early August including weekends and holidays.For those interested there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance.
Job Overview:
Our Temporary RetailAssociates will be trained in all areas of thesalesfloor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests whether in a character character buddy cashierselling ormerchandisingposition. This customerfacing role requires positivity product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun fastpaced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving dailysalesandmetrics.
- Must haveauthorizationto work in the U.S.
- Must be 16 years old to apply
- No Education or previousretail experiencerequired
- Stronginterpersonalskills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful selfstarter works well independently as well as part of a team and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures includingsafetyfood handling QualityLoss Preventionand Emergency procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including days eveningsweekendsand/orholidays
