What does the PCT role entail
- 34 days a week rotating Saturdays (Sundays off!)
- 1012 hour shifts (no late night or overnight shifts)
- Shift times between 4:00am7:00pm
- NO prior medical or dialysis experience required we will train you!
- Responsibilities: provide care for patients on dialysis treatment in clinic setting. *Please note you will be expected to work around blood and with needles included in handson training*
- Work with alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and deliver quality care and build lasting relationships with patients
- 12 weeks of fulltime paid training nationally recognized dialysis technician certification/licensure provided at no cost to teammates
What does a successful PCT look like
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required
- Passionate about patient care and working handson in the healthcare field
- Team player strong multitasking skills ability to work in fastpaced environment
- Flexibility and availability to work early mornings evenings and Saturdays
- Medical experience a plus but NOT required. i.e. hemodialysis certification (CCHT) nursing assistant (CNA) medical assistant (MA/CMA) phlebotomist (CPT)
- Eager to learn and grow!
