Job Title: Filler Operator
Shift: 3rd Shift (Start time varies from 89 PM)
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Filler Operator for our client Initiative Foods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating filling machines specifically with experience filling pouches. As a Filler Operator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor filler machines during production runs to ensure proper filling of pouches
- Maintain and troubleshoot machines to ensure consistent and efficient operation
- Inspect pouches for quality control ensuring they meet product specifications
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures while working in a fastpaced environment
- Keep accurate records of machine performance downtime and product quality
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in machine operation specifically in filling pouches
- Previous or recent experience running fillers in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Willingness to work the 3rd shift with a start time between 89 PM
