Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Machine AssistantProduction Associate you will be responsible for helping to fill customer orders assisting Machine Operators in operating equipment to create finished goods packaging products and upholding our safety standards.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Assist Machine Operators to keep lines running to specification.
- Build spools for finished product to be produced on.
- Maintain spool supermarket.
- Deliver parts to machines.
- Accurately label rolls.
- Perform quality testing and ensure product is within customer specifications.
- Use assisted lifting device when necessary to load rolls onto a skid.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules procedure manuals operating and maintenance instructions.
- Assist with 5s activities.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A creative approach and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read a ruler/tape measure.
- While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to stand; climb steps up 3 levels high use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; climb or balance and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
- A strong desire dedication and determination to succeed by continually improving skills through onthejob training and various offered educational opportunities.
