Job Description
Summary
The Artificial Intelligence Prompt Engineer will help design and implement AIdriven solutions to enhance the businesss Service Team operations. While deep industryspecific experience is not required candidates should have a formal educational background or 12 years of practical experience with AI tools or models. The ideal candidate brings a creative solutionoriented mindset and can effectively apply AI technologies to realworld Business challenges to achieve meaningful results. This role will work to specifically support the agencys Property & Casualty Service Teams AI projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop test and refine prompts and workflows for AI models to address business process challenges.
- Continuously experiment and improve prompt designs based on output quality and feedback.
- Work alongside department teams to understand operational needs and propose practical AI solutions.
- Train and support staff in using AIenhanced solutions.
- Build simple effective AI tools templates and automations that make everyday tasks faster and easier.
- Stay updated on AI tools features and trends to apply new capabilities to department needs.
- Document AI solutions and share best practices for broader use across the department.
Reasoning Ability
- Familiarity with a variety of AI platforms (Developing)
- Basic understanding of how AI Models operate (prompting techniques finetuning basics etc.).
- Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools to solve everyday business problems.
- Ability to work independently and creatively without needing deep technical supervision.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree certificate program or equivalent coursework in a relevant field (Technology
Business Communications etc.) OR 12 years of professional experience working regularly with
AI tools models or solutions.
