Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Field Administrative Coordinator to support our field operations and administrative team. This hybrid role involves traveling to job sites to post required public notices and assisting with general office duties ensuring smooth communication and compliance with project timelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Duties (Approximately 80%):
Travel to various job sites to post legal or regulatory notices as required.
Ensure all postings are completed accurately legibly and within specified timelines.
Document and photograph postings for recordkeeping and compliance verification.
Communicate with onsite personnel or property managers when necessary.
Maintain a route schedule and report daily activities.

Administrative Duties (Approximately20%):
Assist with the preparation and printing of notices and project documentation.
Enter data and maintain accurate records of site visits and postings.
Support office staff with filing scanning and organizing project paperwork.
Track deadlines and help ensure notice requirements are met for upcoming projects.
Perform other general office tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
Previous experience in an administrative or field support role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field in varying weather conditions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment:
This role requires daily travel to job sites (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement may be provided).
Office work is performed in a standard business environment.
Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs.
