The Gallerie Team at the Hilton Columbus Downtown is currently seeking a FullTime Buffet Attendant to work at our awardwinning property.
Nestled in the heart of the Short North Arts District across from the street from the Greater Columbus Convention Center our hotel boasts 1000 guest rooms 75000 square feet of event space and several unique dining experiences.

What will I be doing
A Buffet Attendant is responsible for Setting up maintaining and breaking down buffet or food bar. This task is to be handled in a friendly courteous helpful timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. Specifically you would be responsible for the following:
- Replenish needed food and supplies by retrieving items from the kitchen and storerooms toensure adequate food amounts are always maintained.
- Set up buffet food bar as instructed by manager through verbal and/or written communication.
- Recommend and describe buffet items to guests using a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Visually check station before during and after shift for proper setup cleanliness and aesthetically appealing presentation of food bar
- Lift and place trays of food into the buffet bar efficiently and quietly and according to safety standards.
