Job Description
Experience & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 60 words per minute typing.
- Experience using Excel Word and Outlook
- Effective time management skills
- Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirement
A background check security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities
- Type memos reports and correspondence.
- Develop and maintain filing system for all materials.
- Answer telephones.
- Schedule appointments for Psychologist greet visitors and fulfill requests for information of a nontechnical nature concerning procedures rules and routines.
- Collect sort and distribute daily mail; prepare and route various outgoing mail.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as or assigned.
- Maintain current personnel files for all employees.
- Submit payroll travel expenses and other reimbursement related material for the staff.
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as .
- Other duties as assigned by management
