Humanas Corporate Strategy team is a small highperforming group that works closely with senior leadership to establish the future course for the company. In Corporate Strategy you will identify and analyze growth opportunities and work with business leaders to prioritize options and set the longterm strategy agenda. We undertake internal consulting engagements across a wide range of topics. The team has regular interactions with Humanas leadership and regularly manages deliverables for Humanas broader Management Team and Board of Directors.

The Corporate Strategy team reports to Humanas Chief Strategy Officer who also oversees Corporate Development.

This is a hybrid role (approx. 3 days per week). The preferred location for this role is Washington DC at our 1812 N. Moore Arlington VA office. Other locations that will be considered are Louisville KY Chicago IL and Nashville TN.

The Corporate Strategy Consultant is modeled after those of toptier management consultancies. Daily activities will include developing industry analyses building highlevel financial or other business models conducting qualitative analyses and synthesizing findings to create executivelevel deliverables and recommendations for Humanas senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support problemsolving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues develop hypotheses and create recommendations
• Develop insights to equip senior leaders with the right data to make informed strategic decisions
• Support crossfunctional projects working with leaders throughout the company to execute complex highpriority strategic initiatives
• Convert strategy into roadmaps business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution
• Identify the short & longterm impacts of key strategies by assessing qualitative and quantitative data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

• 25 years of consulting strategy or corporate experience OR Masters degree with business or healthcare exposure

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills

• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development

• Ability to identify structure and solve business problems

• Excellent interpersonal organizational and executive communication skills

• Commitment to accelerated professional and personal growth

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.

$104400 $143600 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
