Are you passionate about driving adoption enabling teams and ensuring business value realization We are looking for an Change & Learning Lead to help maximize the impact of our global solutions and processes. In this role you will ensure process adherence foster a strong user community and provide valuable insights to help our organization to improve their adoption journey.
We are seeking an Change & Learning Lead to drive the adoption and understanding of our existing Service execution solution currently available for our Field service organisation that will grow to include our Service Centres as well as supporting other capabilities within the Service domain. In this role you will collaborate with the Project Manager and product management to make sure change implemented stick. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and driving adoption by measuring adoption progress and support to define actions based on progress. Developing and delivering training programs creating educational materials and conducting training sessions webinars and internal communications to ensure local teams are fully equipped to embrace the current Service Execution functionalities and ready for upcoming enhancements.
This position is crucial for driving user adoption and ensuring the service execution process and solution is integrated effectively into daily operations.
