We are looking for our next Compliance Data Analyst apprentice as of 1st September 2025 and for 6 months at our AXA Headquarters!
Location : 25 avenue Matignon 8th arrondissement in Paris.

AXA Headquarters brings together the groups corporate activities and oversees global entities ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards as well as consistency in commercial approaches.
Within Group Compliance you will join the Oversight & Monitoring team as Compliance Data Analyst.
What Youll Do
- Identify Group Compliance needs propose the appropriate tech solutions and build the roadmap
- Develop tools leveraging AI/automation technologies to enhance Group Compliance processes including antimoney laundering antibribery and corruption sanctions conduct data privacy and monitoring
- Work on developing analytical scripts automated dashboards and tools to enable the Group Compliance team to focus on strategic initiatives and create realtime monitoring
- Contribute to the development of training programs and raise awareness on AI/automation
- Participate in developing a strong network with other Group and local Compliance functions
Who You Are
- Masters degree in data science Business Intelligence or equivalent
- Expertise on Microsoft PowerBI and PowerApps on the endtoend process (from data load analysis to visualisation and publishing)
- Expertise on Python (or other programming / scripting language for data handling such as SAS R or ACL)
- Some experience in transformation / consulting activities would be a plus
- Some experience in data science would be a plus
- Fluent in English
