NAS Marketing is seeking a Marketing Manager responsible for managing onsite experiences end to end from strategy through execution for our biggest Prime moments of the year like Prime Day and Prime Big Deals Day. As a leader on the team this role requires having a strong POV and vision for the event to ensure Prime is at the cornerstone of the customer experience along with a clear concise ability to provide direction to internal and external partners to achieve your vision.
Key job responsibilities Oversee the HVE (HighVisibility Events) workstream collaborating closely with our events and retail teams to secure highvisibility placements for Prime Provide clear direction and guidance to internal and external partners to achieve your vision for these key events Establish goals and KPIs Demonstrate strong prioritization skills balancing strategic investments with automated evergreen programs to achieve objectives Conduct analysis on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments Strive for operational excellence and continuously seek to improve processes to serve unique customers more efficiently Work effectively in a matrix organization developing winwin partnerships with crossfunctional teams Create compelling alignmentdriving documents to communicate your vision and strategy to key stakeholders
4 years of professional noninternship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels Bachelors Degree
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
