Foreperson

Ledcor is seeking a dedicated construction Foreperson to oversee daily operations ensuring crews meet established production goals. This role requires strong analytical skills to accurately interpret input and analyze data. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership in health safety and environmental protection ensuring compliance with Ledcor HS&E standards OSHA regulations and the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) for all employees and subcontractors. You will serve as a mentor to less experienced technicians and will also collaborate with customer representatives for siterelated activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensures sitewide health safety and environmental compliance by applying PSSP requirements and Ledcor HS&E standards OSHA regulations and OH&S codes for all employees and subcontractors
• Leads the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership
• Reading interpreting inputting and analyzing data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness
• Compiling all sitespecific closeout documentation for your work effort
• Uploading closeout documentation to customer interfaces

Qualifications:

• Three years of construction experience in a supervisory role
• Handson experience with fiberoptic cable
• Knowledge of civil construction
• Has the ability to work with advanced hand/power tools and alignment tools
• Possesses a solid understanding of current construction practices and familiarity with construction documents

Working Conditions:

• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting standing bending climbing lifting (up to 50 pounds) working at heights and in all types of weather conditions (rain snow heat etc.)
• This is a site position that will require travel

Compensation

$26.00 $47.00 USD Hourly

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience knowledge skills education and location.
