About the Role:
The Talent Analytics Manager will assist with further developing and improving the capability for managing and analyzing an expanding series of human resources/talent data sets in our talent management journey towards prescriptive and optimized people analytics. This individual will Leverage expert business acumen and analytical skills to manage and execute strategic initiatives that support Tokio Marine HCC (TMHCCs) efforts to support business goals. The Talent Analytics Manager role is a highly visible and key position within the HR function and will require a handson approach in analyzing data and collaborating with various Centers of Expertises (COEs) to recommend optimal talent strategies. This individual will also serve as a project manager for all data analytics processes while also serving as a key stakeholder with the HR functions data vendor relationships.
