About Us:
The Ehrhart School is committed to fostering a positive and competitive athletic environment for our students. We are a proud member of the Texas Christian Athletic League (TCAL) and are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to lead our high school and middle school soccer programs.
- High School Program: TCAL Spring Season
- Middle School Program: Diocese League Fall Season
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans for both high school and middle school coed soccer teams.
- Conduct practices before or after school hours ensuring students have a structured and enriching experience.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship teamwork and personal growth.
- Prepare teams for competitions and ensure adherence to TCAL regulations.
- Communicate effectively with students parents and school administration regarding team activities and expectations.
- Monitor studentathlete performance and provide guidance for skill development.
- Promote the values of hard work discipline and respect both on and off the field.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience at the middle or high school level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of soccer techniques strategies and rules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire studentathletes.
- Must be able to pass a background check and comply with all school and league policies.
