Job Description
Imagineers is a highly regarded Property Management company with offices in Hartford and Seymour.
We have a fulltime opportunity for a skilled Construction Foreman with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in most carpentry trades including; framing drywall trim cabinet installation interior trim and finishing work insulation plywood and siding installation exterior trim window and door installation minor painting minor concrete work etc. Position requires a minimum of 3 years experience as a foreman knowledge of all phases of construction ability to read blueprints manage projects independently or with colleagues and the individual must have an exceptional attention to detail. Must possess strong people skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors have own tools of the trade and a truck capable of supporting a 40 ft. ladder and materials.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and clear driving record
- Truck capable of supporting a 40 ft ladder
- Tools of the trade
- Willing to travel to jobs within the state of CT
- 5 years carpentry experience/3 years foreman experience
