Job Description

HARTS Home Care is seeking a full time Assistant Office Manager. Shift will be Monday through Friday 85pm.

Health and Resource Training Services (HARTS) has provided premium care since 2011 to Southeastern Georgia. It has been our mission to provide worldclass quality care. Quality care is our first priority. We strive to consistently meet our clients needs and expectations nothing else is acceptable.

Staffing skills are a plus but not required will train. Time management skills is required. Must be able to multi task with staffing clients with caregivers as well as day to day office skills.

The position will require organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate with other office staff as well as with caregivers and clients. Proper communication is vital to the position. The asssitant office manager must have experience with Microsoft excel as well as Google Sheets and be able to follow both state and federal law in regards to human resources as well as client privacy.
