Maintenance Technician :*Provide maintenance support to CNC lines
*Complete PMs on machines and facility items
*Repair rebuild or setup of mechanical gearbox assemblies
*Building maintenance including parking area
Job Description
Maintenance Tech:
- Provide mechanical support to all machines in building
- Complete assigned PMs on a daily basis
- Adhere to all safety requirement on CNC machines during repair and or PMs service
- Work with hydraulics pneumatics and PLC
- Read and troubleshoot using schematics
- Repair or replacing defective parts in a safe manner
Required Skills and Education
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment working with CNC machines and processes
- Minimum education High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MicroSoft office
- Must work effectively with others / and or independently
- Experience in the automotive industry beneficial
- Flexibility to work different shifts on occasion to cover vacations
- Strong mechanical analytical problem solving ability
- Experience with Fanuc Siemens and Okuma controls a plus
- ROBOTICS knowledge a plus
