Education
H.S. Diploma or EquivalentRequiredand
Other Successful completion of a Community Health Worker formal training program such as from a community college or other education institutionPreferred
Experience
6 Months Customer service experience either facetoface or by phoneRequired
Licensures and Certifications
BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support within 60 daysRequired
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to maintain composure in stressful situations ability to problem solve time management skills detailoriented ability to work independently as well as with others strong organizational & prioritization skills and ability to motivate and inspire others ability to complete required reports.

Coordinate Community Health Improvement Activities
