About the Role: We are looking for a US Regulatory Attorney to join our team. In this challenging role you will be providing and/or coordinating legal advice and support to the Fabrics businesses and functions across a broad range of State and Federal US laws and regulatory developments in EH&S product and chemical stewardship trade data privacy and sustainability matters. You will be a key member of the Gore Fabrics Legal Compliance and Data Privacy (LCDP) Team counseling our business across a wide variety of industries including direct to consumer safety and defense as well as our functional business partners. Direct report line to the FAB LCDP GC.
This position will be locatedin Elkton Maryland with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

This position requires access to exportcontrolled areas and must be U.S. persons as that term is defined in 8 USC 1324b(a)(3). The term U.S. persons includes resident aliens (greencard holders) as well as certain refugees asylumholders and residents qualifying for temporary residence under the terms of 8 USC 1255a.
Hybrid Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada with appropriate approval and compliance with Gores hybrid working policies from the country in which they are employed.
