At XOTIC PC were hiring driven techsavvy team members for our Customer Service & Sales Team and yes we offer a 4day workweek unlimited vacation and growth into roles in support sales marketing or operations.

What Youll Be Doing
You wont just answer phones youll be a trusted expert helping customers choose troubleshoot and customize performance PCs.
Guide customers through product selection and custom builds
Respond to inquiries via phone chat and email with clarity and care
Recommend optimized solutions for gamers editors and professionals
Use AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance support speed and accuracy
Multitask across multiple tickets and conversations without losing focus
Collaborate with a likeminded passionate team

What Were Looking For
Strong interest in gaming tech or custom PCs
Sharp multitasking skills and calm under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication
Efficient ticket management with followthrough
Comfort using ChatGPT or similar tools
40 WPM typing speed
Local to Lincoln NE onsite only
Must be 18 with HS diploma or equivalent
Bonus Points For:
24 years in customer service or phonebased sales
Familiarity with CRMs or helpdesk tools
Experience building PCs or helping others set up their gaming rigs
