COMPANY AND CULTURAL DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all gymnasts and families.
- Lead and participate in weekly leadership and planning meetings
- Provide highquality gymnastics instruction and curriculum oversight across all levels.
- Be an enthusiastic welcoming presence in the gymsmile engage and communicate positively
- Oversee and support staff development including training mentoring and performance feedback.
- Use technology tools such as Google Workspace Microsoft Office social media platforms and our class management system.
- Demonstrate professionalism accountability and adaptability as a team leader.
- Serve as a role model for staff and students by upholding Barron values and policies.
- Maintain consistent reliable attendance to provide structure and continuity for students and families.
- Actively uphold and promote the Barron Mission of Building Skills for Life.
