Our Identity and Access Management team focuses on helping our clients design implement and operate effective access controls that protect against threats support business objectives and enable growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model exponentially more data is generated and shared among organizations partners and customers. Youll play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by using the latest strategies and tools in effectively managing access to all this data. Our team helps organizations manage access to critical assets by focusing on areas like Access Management (AM) Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Entitlement Management and Directories.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to CyberArk reported by our customers.
- Perform PIM (CyberArk) support operations on daytoday basis
- Lead the incident call with diverse stakeholder
- Apply and test fixes in NonProd and Production environment
- Document problem solutions in knowledge base.
- Meticulously document case progress and technical details throughout the support case lifecycle.
- Provide 24x7 oncall support via rotational schedule.
- Participate in recurring support review meetings present challenges
and mitigation plan to Product owners
- Ensuring Incident is resolved within defined SLAs
- Provide input to assist with continual improvement
- Responsible to plan all new activities and deliver the same as per timelines
- Auditing Accounts and work on various reports users server login issues and user permission issues as per requirements
Requirement:
- 24 years Handson experience in CyberArk components CPM PSM and PVWA.
- Good to have CDE /CyberArk Sentry (Certification)
- Experience in working with CyberArk solutions with different tools like SIEM 2FA
- Hands on experience in applying patches and fixes
- Handson experience in conducting CyberArk DR Drill & setup
- Well versed in resolving CyberArk issues related to unavailability replication.
- Handson experience in supporting platforms with CyberArk such as Windows servers UNIX servers Databases
- Handson experience in CPM policies management or redistribution.
- Understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes
- Knowledge on CPM and PSM connector customization
- Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
