ROLE SUMMARY
As part of the Global Security Operations team you will be responsible for supporting a team that monitors incidents globally and assess information to determine what impact if any those incidents may have on the a Manager your breadth of knowledge on internal or external business challenges will help us improve our products processes and services.
You will guide us to lead projects by meeting objectives and preparing forecasts for resource requirements. Your risktaking ability will help us advance new concepts and methodologies. You will provide technical guidance and oversight to team members and help in problem solving.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains the sites electronic security system (ESS). Includes: physical access control (PACS); video surveillance systems (VSS); and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
Coordinates maintenance and repairs of the ESS; manages relationship with the electronic security systems integrator
Performs PACS and VSS testing
Operates site mass notification system; creates messaging
Maintains the sites visitor management platform (TDS); ensures site aligns with companys visitor management protocols
Issue access control badges; maintains stock inventory; follows Global Security & Digital badging requirements. Performs the role of the GetAccess Registrar for badging operations
Develop and maintain Security SOPs per the MSR
Support vendor management for security services suppliers; includes manned guarding services contractual requirements and KPIs.
Conduct new colleague contractor and visitor orientation
Provides quarterly security awareness training for site occupants
Partners with Global Information Security to ensure alignment with Information Security program requirements and training
Supports the SSO or the Crisis Management Coordinator (CMC) with site crisis management planning and exercises
Supports the SSO and Business Unit Stakeholders with business continuity planning
Maintains the Site Security Profile Site Security Risk Profile and Site Security Demographics in Tririga
Supports the SSO with the Site Security Plan development and updates
Supports the SSO with site investigations
Supports Executive Protection requirements
Performs security liaison with landlord management and local/regional/federal law enforcement
Manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities in the division typically involving crossfunctional representatives.
Manage daily security operations for facilities and units operating to ensure that securityrelated activities are completed and maintained.
Manage contracted security service staffing levels contractor invoices and conduct quality review of contractor performance.
Apply risk assessment and threat assessment tools along with intelligence information to provide a realistic and practical security posture.
Coordinate with IT staff on automated equipment need own and hold highest administration rights for all site security related automated systems.
Provide and prepare education and awareness programs which aim at protecting Pfizer information and maintain confidentiality.
Maintain a cooperative working relationship with law enforcement officials as well as needed government agencies where Pfizer personnel facilities and third parties operate.
Monitor locations alignment with all Pfizer security policies standards guidelines and procedures to achieve continuous improvement of security operations.
Confer with representatives of management to formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sites in consistent with Global Security Policies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a masters degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 years f experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrable leadership experience in a similar role; private or public sector security law enforcement or military experience
Demonstrate resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs prioritize responsibilities manage multiple priorities with tight timelines and take initiative
Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal and written communications
Demonstrated strong selfstarter independent proactive and change agile
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues excellent organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively and effectively at all levels of the organization including company Blueprint Leaders and internal/external key stakeholders
An effective change agent with highly developed problemresolution skills
Initiates personal accountability for quality of personal work that impacts the organization; manages personal professional development; seeks continuous improvement
Fluent skills in Microsoft Suite products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a security or loss prevention program focused on the protection of personnel buildings equipment and intellectual property
Electronic security systems familiarization
Executive protection experience
Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong verbal and written skills
NONSTANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Minimal travel within Greece between sites 25%
