Department Introduction:
The IS/IT Transformation team drives the implementation of strategic highimpact projects focusing on deploying the SAP S/4HANA core model across Europe.
As part of a closeknit team and reporting to the Northern Europe Program Director you will play a crucial role in securing the successful delivery of our SAP S/4HANA rollout.
Location:
Based at Paris HQ with travel to Stockholm Amsterdam and London (approximately 25% periodically or up to 100% during key deployment phases).
You will be responsible for:
General Project Management and Governance
Key support to the Program Director in daytoday project management.
Lead and maintain the project planning collaborating with Stream Leaders and IT teams to manage resource allocation and secure ontime delivery.
Drive consistency across Streams (methodology focus endtoend perspective); coach and support Stream Leaders.
Ensure visibility and proactive followup on open points from Southern Europe Hypercare.
Integrate planning between the pilot (Southern Europe) and the second wave (Northern Europe & UK) to capitalize on lessons learned.
Manage project risks (log monitor mitigate escalate).
Monitor budget and forecasts (in collaboration with Corporate Controlling).
Maintain and monitor backlog (JIRA followup action tracking).
Follow up on RICEFW (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms Workflows) delivery progress.
Ensure transparent reporting on delivery backlogs escalating when needed.
Govern and ensure quality control of project documentation and archives.
Change Management
Define and execute the communication plan to stakeholders.
Coordinate enduser training plans and refresh training materials; gather feedback and implement improvements.
Oversee the creation and refresh of enduser business process guides.
Prepare for golive: ensure firsttime processes are validated by the business.
Design and govern the Hypercare model together with Stream Leaders and IT.
Maintain governance on transversal topics:
Roles and authorizations (user access matrices role adjustments for rollout 2).
Data migration (audit trails signoffs for rules).
UAT (User Acceptance Testing) followup and reporting.
Cutover plan definition and execution.
Master Data Governance.
You will:
Be at the heart of a major digital transformation program in an international CAC 40 group.
Work directly with senior leaders (Fabrice M. Sylvain M.) and report to Samuel R. Program Director based in Stockholm.
Operate in an empowering and direct work culture led by a French manager with 25 years experience in Sweden.
You are:
Agile handson structured and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Capable of identifying priorities and securing critical project milestones.
Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
Adaptable collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
You have:
A Masters degree or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years experience in structured transformational projects (core model implementations best practices rollouts).
Expertise in international project environments and governance.
Position based at 7 Place du Chancelier Adenauer Paris 16th (Metro: Porte Dauphine or Victor Hugo) with international travel as needed.
