Your Mission: Driving our brand forward

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to lead and execute our marketing strategies in the healthcare sector. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns building our brand presence and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to promote our AIdriven solutions expand our market reach and contribute to the overall business growth. Your Daily Business No two days are alike

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the healthcare sector.

• Create highquality content formats (blog posts whitepapers social media posts) to position our AIdriven solution.

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Ads LinkedIn Ads) to drive lead generation and optimize conversions.

• Analyze and continuously optimize marketing campaigns based on KPIs and performance data.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and handoff processes.

• Develop and maintain landing pages and content materials optimized for both SEO and conversion.

• Conduct market research and identify new trends and opportunities in the healthcare and B2B SaaS space.

• Report and present marketing results to management and stakeholders.

Your Skillset What you bring to the table

• 4 years of experience in B2B marketing for SaaS products a background in healthcare or health tech is an advantage.

• Possess indepth expertise in digital marketing including SEO SEA social media and email marketing strategies enabling effective online presence and lead generation.

• Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize campaigns and improve customer engagement.

• Skilled in creating compelling content across multiple channels with basic graphic design and video editing abilities to enhance visual storytelling.

• A proactive growthfocused individual with strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to drive marketing success.

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with local and international partners.
