Responsabilits

• Participer la prparation du plan de production;
• Superviser le suivi et le contrle des inventaires ainsi que lapplication et le maintien des procdures et politiques dinventaire;
• Participer limplantation et du suivi du systme ERP de lentreprise au niveau de systme manufacturier;
• tre responsable du B.O.M. et du Costing;
• responsable de lamlioration continue des processus et mthodes;
• Participer au processus budgtaire;
• Fournir divers rapports pour son suprieur immdiat;
• Analyser les systmes et procds de fabrication et mettre des recommandations en vue dune utilisation optimale des ressources humaines des matires premires et de lquipement. Participer la ralisation la gestion et la supervision de certains projets de production. Cerner les besoins dterminer les solutions possibles effectuer des recherches faire des tudes de cots et mettre des recommandations ;
• Participer llaboration lanalyse et lvaluation des demandes dinvestissement relatives aux procds de fabrication et aux installations dusine;
• Participer activement solutionner les problmes de fabrication et dassemblage;
• Participer activement divers projets Kaizen;
• Appliquer toutes les exigences en qualit se rapportant ses fonctions tels que stipules dans le manuel de qualit;
• Participer la mise en place de tout nouveaux systmes en production;
• Rdiger des rapports de suivi;
• Excuter tous autres travaux exigs par son suprieur immdiat.

Qualifications

• 3 5 ans dexprience dans une entreprise manufacturire de prfrence lie au secteur mtallurgique;
• Exprience en gestion de personnel;
• Dtenir un BAC en gnie industriel ou Technicien en Gnie industriel avec de lexprience ou tout autre domaine connexe
• Matrise de linformatique environnement Windows logiciels Word Excel et AUTO CAD systme MRP Autodesk Inventor et Vault;
• Syteline ERP (un atout);
• Bilinguisme;
• Familier avec les normes ISO 9000. Connaissance des mthodes de rsolution de problmes et des principes damlioration continue;
• tre membre en rgle de lOIQ (un atout);
• Autonomie et initiative;
• Aptitudes pour relations interpersonnelles;
• tre un bon communicateur et ce avec les personnes de tous les niveaux hirarchiques;

Key Responsibilities

• Under the authority of the Director of Operations the Industrial Engineer is responsible for organizing the use of the means of production in such a way as to ensure the efficient safe and economical use of personnel materials and equipment. It helps to improve the profitability and performance of the company. The Industrial Engineer is responsible for the development maintenance and advancement of the ERP system.
• Participate in the preparation of the production plan;
• Oversee the monitoring and control of inventories as well as the application and maintenance of inventory procedures and policies;
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the companys ERP system at the manufacturing system level;
• Be responsible for the B.O.M. and Costing;
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and methods;
• Participate in the budget process;
• Provide various reports for their immediate supervisor;
• Analyze manufacturing systems and processes and make recommendations for optimal use of human resources raw materials and equipment. Participate in the realization management and supervision of certain production projects. Identify needs determine possible solutions conduct research conduct cost studies and make recommendations;
• Participate in the development analysis and evaluation of investment requests relating to manufacturing processes and plant facilities;
• Actively participate in solving manufacturing and assembly problems;
• Actively participate in various Kaizen projects;
• Apply all quality requirements related to his/her duties as stipulated in the quality manual;
• Participate in the implementation of brand new systems in production;
• Write followup reports;
• Perform any other work required by his immediate superior.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company preferably related to the metallurgical sector;
• Experience in personnel management;
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Engineering Technician with experience or any other related field
• Computer proficiency Windows environment Word Excel and AUTO CAD software MRP system Autodesk Inventor and Vault;
• Syteline ERP (an asset);
• Bilingualism;
• Familiar with ISO 9000 standards. Knowledge of problemsolving methods and principles of continuous improvement;
• Be a member in good standing of the OIQ (an asset);
