Kew Vet & Cattery have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced vet wanting to progress their career and take advantage of the training development and collaboration. Sadly one of our longterm team members is making a move to work closer to family so we are looking for an experienced Veterinarian to be our new team member.
This opportunity will allow you to practice highquality medicine and surgery in a supportive and collaborative environment. With our onsite People and Culture Manager and Business Operations Manager youll have the resources you need to thrive whether youre an experienced veterinarian or just starting your career.

A bit aboutus& the role:
Working with a team of 2 other vets (including membership holders) you have all the benefits of a close team but with two other clinics nearby. (Hawthorn East Vet and Alphington & Fairfield Vet)
You will be exposed to a diverse caseload with clients willing and able to work cases up.
We offer AVA Memberships Practice CVE and VIN Memberships with a generous CPD allowance annually.

About you
You have at least two years experience and a thirst to continue learning and developing.
You like sharing your skills and knowledge and get joy from collaborating and learning from the team around you as well.
You enjoy the intricacies and inner workings of Veterinary Practice including planning & development.
You enjoy building rapport with clients and aim to foster ongoing community relationships.
You are an advocate for high quality care and love to deliver the best possible customer experience.
You have a passion for positive workplace culture.
Remuneration is above award and commensurate with experience.
