Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements for the role:
A Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Mining and Minerals Processing industry and market.
Knowledge of plant design and operations.
Experience in reviewing contracts.
Be able to deliver high quality presentations.
Advanced level of computer literacy.
Own transport and valid drivers license.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Identifying and quantifying process problems based on clients/process needs.
Building value added solutions by matching product features to benefits.
Building financial payback models for solutions.
Following the Sales process to ensure that customer needs are matched with the companys capabilities and product benefits.
Identifying objections and building strategies to overcome these.
Conferring with support staff and/or potential customers regarding equipment needs and advising on equipment selection.
Developing the sales pipeline and keeping opportunities updated at all times.
Be actively involved in test work and preparing of technical proposals and test reports.
Identifying opportunities and developing the market for the companys equipment and plants.
Keeping informed of competitors products and technology.
Identifying and providing valueadded solutions.
Keeping abreast of market trends.
Attending and interacting with relevant industry associations.
Identify possible strategic partners to expand the companys market coverage.
