DoubleTree by Hilton Alana Waikiki Beach is looking for a Server (On Call). Located at the edge of Waikiki beach with the Royal Hawaiian Center and Ala Moana Center within a mile. Classification: On Call
Shift: Varies (5:15am10:00am and/or 5:00pm9:30pm) including weekends and holidays
Hourly Wage: $14.77 (tips additional)
Certificate: In possession of or ability to obtain a TB Clearance Certificate.
What will I be doing:
As a Food Server you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate pointofsale system.
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
- Serve alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations.
- Ensure serving station is wellstocked at all times.
