Local luxury automotive dealership is searching for an experienced and energeticBDC (Business Development Center) Managerto take our customer service and sales support to the next level. If you have a passion for luxury vehicles exceptional customer service and leading a team we want you on board.
What Youll Do:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the BDC department ensuring all leads are handled efficiently
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to the dealership and increase sales and service appointments
Train motivate and support BDC representatives to meet individual and team goals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust processes to enhance customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency
Collaborate closely with sales service and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and lead management
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications:
Previous BDC Management experience required preferably in the automotive industry
Proven ability to lead and manage a successful team in a highvolume fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems
A customerfirst mentality with a focus on building lasting relationships
Analytical skills to track and improve department performance metrics
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
