Job Description
RN Director of Nursing (Assisted Living & Memory Support)
Birkwood Village of Fort Madison is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as Director of Nursing for our Assisted Living and Memory Support community.

Requirements:
- Current Iowa RN license
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Leadership experience in senior living or a related setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete tenant assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Oversee and support the delivery of clinical services
- Provide training supervision and delegation to care staff
- Manage and monitor medication administration and compliance
- Serve as a liaison to families healthcare providers and community partners
