This is done by collaboratively partnering crossfunctionally to facilitate alignment collaboration productivity and job satisfaction to identify needs for onboarding upskilling and engagement while deploying the strategy. The role will include defining and implementing the strategy for upskilling.
Key job responsibilities
Write Business documents (PRFAQ white papers etc) to define the strategy for Upskilling for AR employees and design an implementation plan.
Develop and maintain the execution of employee technical certifications for FTR
Operationalize evaluate mechanize and scale the certification initiatives that successfully elevate team members strategic understanding and employees selfdriven alignment to the broader org vision
Navigate high ambiguity by gathering and actioning on Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback from worldwide employees and subject matter experts for the upskilling needs across job functions.
Develop programs and products to deliver strategic upskilling of AR employees.
Advise senior leaders and advocate for the employee experience in ways that build and sustain a culture of trust wellness and belonging
Facilitate agile twoway communication across global nodes and promote inclusive learning products
Business travel (including international if needed) approximately 33%

5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
