Job Description
METECS is an engineering company headquartered in Houston TX just outside the gates of NASAs Johnson Space Center. We are looking for a selfmotivated high performing candidate who will provide contract administration subcontract administration compliance activities financial reporting and milestone monitoring in support of our NASA and commercial contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Works with management to ensure company and project resources stay within budget
- Support program planning for contracts
- Preparation of cost estimates and financial reporting
- Assurance of compliance with contract requirements
- Review subcontractor invoices and prepare corresponding payment vouchers
- Assist in preparation of subcontracts subcontract contract modifications and work orders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 03 years of contract administration experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Word Skills
- Strong prioritization multitasking and organizational skills
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Clauses (FAR) clauses
- Experience working with NASA
This position is expected to be 100% in person.
Citizenship or lawful permanent resident required due to federal position.
