Job description
We are looking for dependable capable and teamoriented individuals who want to work in a busy fastpaced kitchen environment. We are a familyowned and operated business that he been operating for over 30 years. We have a fun hybrid business model with a sitdown restaurant takeout deli quality catering and curated market selection.
Shifts are generally 73 117 or 19. We are open from 8 am to 8 pm.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Line Cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Prepare for all aspects of the restaurant and retail market including sitdown catering and retail a la carte prepared food sales.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (i.e. chopping vegetables butchering meat or preparing sauces).
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food. Stock inventory appropriately.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Serv Safe Certification preferred.
Full Time available.

Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: $16.00 $20.00 per hour (Plus pooled tips of generally $4 to $6/hr once through the 90 day probationary period).
